I am stuck to 10 psi on my prelude, we had to stop tuning because of a surging problem that happens around 4000 rpm and when it does it, the RPM needle is jumping all over the places. i got a new ignitor from honda, the guys there told me that it's certainly not the ignitor because they either work or don't and apparently can't cause an on & off problem like that according to them. i do have MSD 6a+ coil. Tried to bypass them completely and the problem remains. Changed plugs, wires, ECU, conversion harness, distrib rotor, checked all connections.... the problem doesn't go. |

Re: Twin scroll turbo
but did i understand that with a 6al and blaster coil you can remove the honda ignitor?

Re: Twin scroll turbo
i promise you i have over 10,000 miles on mine with no troubles. im not gonna bother with it, if it isnt broke dont fix it. i need to worry about the next turbo i get, not the msd.
