what there saying is we need more info ask the right question get the right answer, if u tune your car right and keep your boost manageable you can turbo any engine even a ------ lawn mower just keep that in mind look at the whole picture not just the fact that you have a 4 banger and you have a turbo fuel mixture, ignition timeing, compression, octane of your fuel, how good of shape your engine is. these all play roles in turbochargeing superchargeing and nitrous now go ------ boost that bitch

Not when you come into the forum with a wide open question. With no specifics on what you are running, what you’re looking for. Just "can my internals handle a turbo"??? :S

Buddy here is an idea. Go to a search engine....i.e. Google. Type in your motor (stock d16y7 turboed). See what comes up. Bet you, you find post on a bunch of forums to help you with a little info. Than for more specifics. Come back and ask a more in-depth question....... ;D ;D

How the hell was anyone supposed to answer that informatively? That's like asking: "Hey guys can I run 10psi stock internals or will it blow up?"

You're question was way too vague. But now that you've clarified some,

Yes, you can run a 60 trim t3 on a y7. Just make sure it's tuned.
