Turbo size on ZC

Sorry im sure everyone is way over the zc questions but im no understanding how the search works. Anyway this will be my first boosted car. I have a dohc zc with crower rods and king bearings. I am still searching for some pistons but i wanted to ask some questions first.

1 how much boost can a stock PM7 piston hold?

2 I purchased a t25 to run on a stock setup now that im going all the way, what tubo can i run on crower rods with turbo pistons (or stock) without sleeving, posting or block gaurd?
3 I see that a t25 seems to be too small so i was going to go with a 14b until i read about how t3 is the way to go. Then which t3 should i get to run on stock sleeves? Which vehicle does it come out of? And how do the t3 volvo and audi's hold up?

I am trying to get low 13's mabye 12's in this car. Its not daily driven but me and my girl just got a house so resleeving is out of the questions unless i get 2 sleeves a year for christmas :'(. My goal hp is 240 or more if possible i dont think the crank can handle more than 300. Thanx for the help and please dont flame me im new to all this. I also have a B18a i started to build for boost but well see how the zc comes out first.

I run a 14b and love it.

I'm at 8 psi and plan to raise it to 10psi for daily driving next year. Yes a T3 is more common and you can get it in MANY different sizes, but my 14b was in near new condition, list at $430 at the used part store I got it from and I talked him down to $200.
