Default turbo rebuild

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

Can i get this, unbolt the two housings, mark the placement of the wheels on the shafts, bolt them back onto the new center section and be done? or would i still have to get it balanced?

In other words can i rebuild it without getting it balanced by marking the posistion of the wheels on the shaft?

I have seen them already, but I'm looking cartridges that were put together specically for t3/t4 with the appropriate t4 compressor fin, and not just a t3 cartridge with the fins for a .48/.42
