Turbo Rebuild

Anyone knows how much to rebuild a IHI turbo? Is there a kit I could buy if I want to do it myself since there is not many turbo shops around my area that can do it anyways. Thanks for the help.

Ive seen rebuild kits on ebay.They range frome 25-30 bucks.
