I am ont totaly sure on the specs of those two , but power will all be based on how much boot you are running. Is the d15b7 in a 5g (92-95) civic dx? I am looking to turbo the same engine.

i personaly would say go with the t-25 or the t-3 turbo. for the d-15. i currently have a d-15 in my 96 civic. yes i know they come with the 1.6 but i blew it up. and i had a garret t-3/t-4 on that and it worked fine. but when i put it on the 1.5 it had a little more lag than i thought it would. you should get a quick spool time. with the smaller turbo on the smaller motor.
