Ok I have a Crx hf/si w/D15b Vtec. My turbo setup is
TDO5h 14B
DSM Intercooler
DSM BOV
Homemade Charge Pipes
Homemade Downpipe
3 Check valves from walmart
Now the prob is the downpipe flange the bolts to the turbo is leaking quit a bit.I cut my wastegate actuator to lower boost then I put it close to where it was stock and when I hit 6500rpm the boost guage says its boostin like 9 1/2psi but the car barely pulls at all also when I goto 6800rpm it cuts out.Before I was boosting I could goto like 7100rpm.
Mainly I just want to know why it says 9 1/2 psi but it dont feel like it and why it cutting out.

your flange is leaking, fix it, u could possibly end up with an engine fire.

grab some sheet metal and make one up, then put the bolts on HOT. so when they cool they reef the turbo toghther hard.


also use bolts meant for high temps. normal bolts will just stretch under those temps.

 

ok so does the exhaust leak make the turbo not make power?And also I need to know why it cuts out.

when you hit 9 and a half psi I guess you're getting a CEL...maybe that's why it like dies at 6800

 

But theres no code on the ecu,Im going to extend the actuator rod to drop it and see what happens.

Hows your tuning? If your too rich/lean you will fall out up high.
