turbo oil banjo bolt needed URGENT! HELP!

it seems no one in my city carries this bolt with the same thread pitch. its a metric M10xT1.25. this is URGENT cuz i can't use the car without this stupid bolt. i got soaked this morning biking to work.

turbo is a greddy TDO5H18G mitsubishi. can someone provide me with a mitsubishi part no. i only have one dealership in the city and they said the biggest turbo they have is a 16G

anyone?

instead of using a banjo bolt, would i be able to use a fitting ? then again there is limited space for an 'L' fitting to turn...

any ideas anyone?

Just buy a bolt, drill a hole down the center, then a hole through the side. If you need to, run a die over it again to make sure the threads are in tact.

I can order -3 or -4 to M10x1.25 straight fittings, but they take about a week to get there. I hate those fucken turbo's. Why can't everyone just buy a T3? lol :D

thanks anyway stealthmode! i found an exact bolt with the same thread pitch at a local parts store and took it to a machine shop to have them drill a 1/16 hole down the length of the bolt and the other one crossing it. everything's good now. thank GOD!

chances are you couldve just went into a mitsu dealer and ordered a banjo bolt for any 90-94 turbo eclipse.

14b, 16g, 18g are all td05h turbos and probably all use the same bolt.

Re: turbo oil banjo bolt needed URGENT! HELP!

i did call the one and only mitsu dealer in town but they didn't have them in stock. also, they couldn't figure out if all the turbos have the same thread pitch as the bolt that i had. i needed the car ASAP so waiting for a week for a bolt was the last resort

on another note. i thought my turbo oil leak problem was fixed but thats not the case. the turbo is still leaking and burning oil so its due for a rebuild.

anyone know if its worth rebuilding it myself ?
