Turbo or NOS

i recently had my jdm d15b turboed for awhile til a vaccume line came off and burnt a hole in the piston. I found a great deal on some JE/SRP 11 to 1 pistons n rings 200 brand new and had them installed. The whole bottom end is gettin rebuilt right now and i planned on doin all motor with maybe a 55 or 65 shot but im starting to miss turbo already and seeing everyone else havin turbo makes me want to do it again but i know with this compression its gonna be hard so my question is what turbos run low psi stock? like around 5psi and do u guys think thats possible ill be abel to do turbo with my compression or should i bust out the zex kit again since thats what i had b4 turbo?? fill me in with ur info cus its been awhile since i been in here. ;D

Re: Turbo or NOS

Use a really thick headgasket, pray for around 10 to 1 compression and turbo it. The tuning will be more touchy, but you can do it.

Re: Turbo or NOS

would u rather me take the time and spell it out (nitrous) or just say zex?? Anyhow i think my machine shop is using a metal shim head gasket but it isnt gonna be much thicker, but is there turbo with a waste gaste set at a lower psi or could i just use the 14b which is was i had on my last setup and loved it, and just lengthen the acuator by putting washers behind the 2 bolts that hold it on?? Let me in on some info here guys. THANX
