Doesn't make any sense. I think it would be a challenge for someone to hit 14.0 with a d series on 8psi, tuned, with slicks. Good luck.

well ---- I ran 14.7 last time I went out witht the t3.t4 turbo on . and that was with some fat tires with low pressure . and only 6 psi wastegate. but can't prove that one.cause I don't have a pic. omg yall should have seen that other civic daaaaaayum he was fast
