Default Turbo Mustang Questions

Hi, I have a 1990 mustang gt 5 speed bored .30 over, E303 cam, Crane Cams digital ignition, 75mm Ganatelli mass air (but factory 19lbs injectors)190lph in tank fuel pump. I have been researching turbos for about 6 months now and iam on the verge of begenning to buy my parts to begin a junk yard twin turbo project.

My main goal on the project is to keep cost as low as possible but still be safe and get decsent power, maybe around 350hp for now. I have been looking into the mitsu TE04H turbos and iam wondering if these will work okay for my project? Ive searched everywhere but i cant find a flow chart for these turbos. I know they are not the best for big horsepower but they do spool quick and you can get them very cheap compared to all the others (T04B's or E's are on my wish list =P).
How much power can i expect from these at about 8psi? What size intercooler should i use for this set up? One major question i have is the BOV, Where do i put it on my Mass air set up? Can i just put it in between the mass air and Tbody, or will that confuse the Computer when it releases the air? and what BOV should i use? Do I have to move my mass air like some people do? i dont really understand why they put them in the fenderwell. And finally if i buy a boost timing retard for my digital ignition, a 12-1 FMU, an intercooler, and dont run over 8psi then can i keep my 19lbs injectors for now? Every turbo kit ive looked at ($4000 +) doesnt require bigger injectors, even with 10psi of boost.
Thanks for any help.. =)

Oh yea, sorry for so many questions but I just cant seem to find alot of info on a mass air mustang unless your building a 8sec drag racer.. lol

I had a teo4h turbo on my 3.3 liter intrepid. It spooled fast but fell on its face at about 4500rpm and didnt really pull past that. But had GREAT power off the line. I ran 9psi on that thing till i sold it. I also ran a 5 inch johnnyracecar.com fmic.with a 12:1 vortech fmu. Since your running a v8 i would wait and just buy 1 big turbo.you will be alot more happy when your done.

www.toohighpsi.com

Check out the junkyard twin turbo T-bird. And it'll be cheaper just to use two smaller turbos, rather than save for one big one.

T67 is great for mustangs. Check out www.JandMmotorsports.com Mike has a ton of experiance tuning mustangs. He just did a complete turbo kit on a mustang. It was awesome and made big power on the dyno.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I have another question on toohighpsi they say to use the T03's off the automatis instead of the five speed t-birds, whats the difference?

the difference is in the exhaust housing. The automatics are .48 housing, the 5 speed is .63 . If you are going for a TT then yea they are right use the .48 housing, or youll be really laggy

Thanks 351wstanggt! I done some more research and i think the T25 might be a good choice, they are cheap and there seems to be plenty of them.

What do you guys think of the T25?

t-25 is too small, go to www.turbomustangs.com click on Turbo kits (top middle) scroll down to DIY/Junkyard Turbo and it shows lots of links to TT stang setups and the Turbomustangs forum. The thread (towards the top, stickied i beleive) with that list in it has a TON of good information in it, from IC's to turbo choices, I've been researching this for quite a while for myself, always try to help out a fellow stang owner
