Default turbo manifold.. will it work?

ok guys. im a regular at the superhonda forums and a buddy from there reccomended me to come here for useful knowledge on turbo'ing my car.
Well, ive got my 1998 honda civic EX coupe (d16y. i wanna go w/a budget turbo. i am planning on buying this 14b turbo.

If i buy this manifold first off will it fit? and second, will i be able to keep my A/C with it? i know its expensive and i wanna budget build but if i have to go expensive on 1-2 things its alright i guess.. and i definitely dont have enough tools to even begin trying to make my own manifold.

thank you for any and all help. if i could go without A/C i would but my woman drives this car as well and there is no way she would let me take out the A/C.. im a sucker for the power of the pu$$y

Yes he can make it but he isn't aloud to sell stuff through HMT so if you want it buy at your own risk

No its not Hotrex. The listing says they are custom built IE he gets money and you wait ten months for a manifold which although similar to Hotrex is from a good old religous freak in Utah and is blessed by Jesus himself. That being said just tell him you need one AC compatible and with a 14B Mits flange.
