Which turbo for low boost mildly built dohc zc? Flame suit on.

I know it has been answered a hundred thousand times, but i surf hmt over my phone cuz my comp is a peice of ---- and i can't find a search button. Ive got a dohc zc with eagle h beam rods, golden eagle block gaurd and 450s, an ssautoshit mani and hoping for better cams. Its bored 20 over. Im looking for a good turbo. Not to small not to big. Dont know a whole lot about how to identify turbos. Ive got a stock talon turbo(14g maybe?) but i dont like instant boost. And the 60. 63. T3/4 are too big ( ebay ssautoshit). Budget is an issue. So what turbo is closest to what i want? Only pushing like 8 pounds with an afc and 450s and walbro 255 already. Also im looking at cheap ebay pÃ-stons (nippon racing, a friend has them with over 300whp) think its to high compression? One last thing, a oil pump. Where can i get one without going through honda. Autosnatch doest sell them here. Its all going in either my ef hatch (already done the mpfi swap) or my eg four door that has a d15.

Sorry i posted in gd but its a bitch to change forums on my phone. Im looking for a very reliable motor so im hoping the rods, blockguard, 450s, help balance out the fact that i am too stupid/cheap/dont know ---- about chipping- so i will have a damn reliable car on 8 pounds. I know a guy who brace my friends ssmani for cheap with a big ass weld over weld that holds up on 18 pounds. So thats also on the to do list. Im also going to get into the fab section and make my own downpipe. Whitey bends ftw. But i will post that in the fab section

14b is great for a stock engine.

You want NON-ching chong meow T3/T04E, they spool great like cberman said.

No point in building one and running low boost, they handle low boost great when just stock. Maybe you cruise around on low boost to pimp it and make it last a long time, but you need to take it to the sweet 300-350 whp level every so often, so don't be a stupid ------. Ditch the AFC and 450cc and get with the pogrom!

Im too poor for the program and the afc is readily available. Im building it for reliability and the fact that my browser homepage is hmt and ive never owned a boosted car.

You kidding me? its cheaper to chip and program a honda ECU than it is to buy an AFC

You just used "AFC hack" and "reliability" in the same sentence.

have u ever driven a boosted honda before? try to convince a local to let u drive a few cars...turbos are too ------- expensive to buy one that doesnt suit ur needs the first time. yea..my garret t3/t04e spools up fine...feels more stock then all the sudden its a giant kick in the pants

mine is a 54 trim a stage 3 compressor wheel and a /63 exhaust....getting a stage 1 wheel would prolly be more beneficial to you to see boost a bit sooner
