Default turbo help

hey i have a 1990 civic hb si...it has 93 D15B7 and i was wonderin if anybody could give me or tell me where to get instructions for makeing a turbo system for it...thanks

I bought a GT60RS titanium ball bearing turbo with an eccentric offset electronically controlled flux capacitor actuator but it doesn't fit?
Should I return it or do you think I can mount it like this ?

You can see the turbo in the corner but now the hood won't close.
