turbo fins not perfect.. useable??

I bought this turbo off of some ---- that said it was in great conition. well suprise suprise.... on the intake side of the turbo when you look in there there are 2 fines with like 10 percent of the fin missing on each. Both fins are on the same side of the wheel..if this makes any sence.. all in all its not bad at all. I guess what I wanted to know is would this useable? Would the turbo vibrate itself to death from such small difference in balance? This is a 13b rx7 turbo with everything else in good condition. Id like to use it if I could but down want to make a downpipe and adapter plate if its a dud. lemme know what you think

If you ever goto a big event where the racers have the intakes of their turbo's sticking out the front of their car. Take a look.

I know for a fact I've see this guy's snail with a few chipped fins:

However, his car only has to survive for a quarter mile. I say try it and let us know.
