turbo for d16 94 teggy

Hi i have been looking through the search as much as i can but i just have some questions that i couldnt find. Im currently deployed in iraq and i have limited time on the internet so i was hoping someone can help me with the questions i have. I understand some people hate noobs asking same questions, and trust me i would too but due to where i am i dont have the time to search for a long time.Well here's some of my questions.
*I have a d16 in a 94 integra ( wanted something a lil different), i never messed with turbos, so i was wondering so i have to get the piping for the engine model or some depend on the actual car?
*As for the intercooler is there a standard size for the piping or i have to match it with some of the turbo components?
*Do i get the Intercooler for my car model or the engine model since its not the original engine?"
*If i make a custom turbo do i have to get matching sizes or how does it work?
*If it isnt to much if someone can write out a detailed custom kit like sizes or piping and all for this type of engine a car instead of what parts to get i would appreciate it a lot.
*My last question is, would it work if i bought a turbo kit from ebay and changed out the turbo and manifold, or would there be placement problems?

Im sorry for all the questions, if i really had the time i would do as much research as i can but im constantly out doing missions out here that keeps me away from the internet cafe. I would greatly appreciate any help i can get .
Thank You

thumbs up on the car :D
thumbs down on the research.

get the piping and intercooler for the car. if it's a gsr, get an ls piping kit. the d16 tb will be in the same area.

2.5" is the standard size that allows for upgrades to components later on.
if you change the turbo and manifold later on, you will most likely have to modify the downpipe and charge pipe from the turbo.

do you have access to a welder?

lets see some pics of the ride.

i appreciate the help man i really do. I currently dont have any pix of the car bc i had my wife get it while i was gone with my first combat pay. Im pretty sure i can find a welder some where back home. If worse comes to worse we have welders in my platoon lol so i can have them do the job.

D16 in an integra... definitely different. Any integra intercooler kit will work but you may been to do some fabrication to modify the pipes to fit your turbo/intercooler.

Any intercooler will work. Try yo get a bar and plate. Any cheap ebay intercooler will work fine and can usually be had for less that $130. You have many options for a turbo depending on what powerband you prefer. A smaller turbo will probably work best for your engine. Look as mitsubishi t25's and 14b's; they're good turbo's and pretty cheap. You can also use a small t3. Just know that different turbo's use different flanges.

Yea i planned on getting one of those ebay intercoolers. I wana be able to run 300hp. Im going to do som internal work on it too. I dont have much knowledge on what turbos are bigger than others but i was think of using some sort of T3 and a T3 manifold than having the pipes on the intercooler modified of it wont fit and a custom down pipe made. I seen cast manifolds on ebay for a decent price. I was wondering if the maifold says it has a T3 flange does that mean it'll fit any T3 no matter the trim it has?

what trim t3/t4 turbo should i get for that kind of HP?I also plan on getting a stand alone system. is there anything else i need for that bc i read some turbo guide and it mentioned something about map sensors and stuff. i know ill be getting bigger injectors just not sure if i can use the stock pump or not.
