do i absolutely have to use the water cooling for a dsm t25 turbo??

No, not at all.. in fact the last 3 turbo setups I have done, I didnt use them.
Its kinda like brushing your teeth before bedtime, some people do it, some people dont. Its good to do, and better in the long run. ya ya.. you get the point ;) Jeff |

do i need to seal up the openings for the feed and return too then, I bought the turbo with the banjo and pipes, Jeff...I think I might have bought this turbo from you a while back

Hmm, I havent worked with a T25 in a long time.. What makes you think that?
And no, you dont have to plug anything, you can take the fittings off, leave them on, do whatever. Nothing will come out of them. Basically its a small chamber that runs around the center section, and if there is no fluid going through it, nothing will leak out ;) |

I used to work at NW Mitsu, I knew a guy named TED, he got me into the homemade turbo scene, he said he would help me when I was read to install
