turbo choice for b16a

whats a better turbo for a b16a with 9:9:1 srp pistons and eagle rods? a t3 48/60 or a t3 60/63. and with a gsr head on the b16a block what would my compression roughly be...thanks

well, i beleive the b16 head flows better than the b18c, that's why everyone uses them for lsvtec. the 60/63 would be better, a 48/60 is too small for a b16, you got to think, you won't be redlining until 8200 ;D

exactly! the 60/48 is a bit too small for a b16 or any b-series motors for that matter. get a 63/60 t3 or a straight T3/T4!! those should pull no problem all the way to redline ;)

i'm sure it's fast, but do you have full boost all the way to redline? i doubt it, therefore, it could be faster ;)

go with the precisions 60/57 trim. I seen good numbers with it. A lil exspensive but well worth it.

well i know there is a lot of different housings and trims but i'm just saying to get a decent sized t3/t4 and you should be good to go..

man, what's wrong with a T3/T4 turbo with .48/.60? I am running the turbo right now. And it runs very good...
