Default Turbo CFM

Are all turbos rated the same, I'm doing a 2 stroke custom job that I know a areocharger 190 cfm will work, I'm wondering if an rhb5 or any other with 190cfm would work the same, or is something different? The way I see it CFM is CFM. Anyone have any ideas?
