Default Turbo Build Help

Well last night while drivning my seals went out on my t3.. how hard is it to replace the seals...and would it be better to just rebuild the whole turbo and get a hybrid upgrade for it?

Someone needs to get an oil pressure valve from stealthmode..... or just buy a new turbo for the 70 bucks. a rebuild kit cost nearly that much
