will a 14b fit the HKS manifold made for t25.

Nope, that manifold is a very odd. It is for the JDM T-25 flange. Its a square rectangular flange similar to the T-3 flange. The JDM T-25 comes off the Nissan silvia and the FWD Sentra class over their (Nissan Sunny's) Anything with the SR20DET's. Its the only turbo I know of that has the flange.

The 14b and the usdm dsm T-25 all have circular flanges.
