Yep, I plan on going FI. 1.6L 106WHP 16V.
My goal is to hit 180-200WHP.
My buddy is boosting 10PSI w/ a IHI VF28 an making 220HP.

I currently have a T25, but I want to sell it an trade up for a TD04 or 05 or maybe a T28.
My question is which turbo would best suit my application?
T25 spools quick but drops off at lower RPMs.
I feel the 14B is a tab bit to big for my motor. The Td04 looks good.
Are the CFM numbers better on the TD04 than a T25? At 12PSI which turbo would yeild the best results? T25 or TD04?
Lag isn't a big issue for me as I like traction.
Any other info you need from me to help...Just ask...


Also my car being new has a damn returnless fuel system.
I have 350cc injectors, an a RX-7 fuel pump.
Since the FPR an assembly is all in my tank, once i swap out the new pump an injectors im going to need some kind of FPR.
Which do you recommend? Site? Link?

Hahaha, we don't see too many Hyundai's (spelling) on this site!!! I say either keep the T-25 you have because it spools quick and that's alway's a plus, or go with the TD05.

 

TD05 or a RHB5?
I can source a RHB much easier...
Most people I've seen with RHB5 says the boost kicks in around 2800-3000 an is strong up to the redline.

Now which of the two would yield higher HP numbers at say 10-12PSI

mmmm... Thats a tough one for me to say... every engine is going to respond different. What size engine did you say it was? (liters)?
