turbo 90% installed, few questions..

Hey guys, my kit is almost installed and I've got a few questions for tomorrow... any help is appreciated

1. What, if anytihng, do the 2 hoses in my hand attach to? they were attached to nipples on my intake before, can I just remove them now?

2. Is this tee alright for my wastegate?

3. My engine is an obd0 b16. I have 2 1-wire o2 sensors.. when I get my downpipe made tomorrow should i get 1 or 2 bungs put in? Will my car be alright to drive without one of the o2's hooked up or can I splice that signal into the other ecu pin?

4. Last one, where do you guys get your vacuum for the boost gauge from, I'll search this one in a second though, just thought I'd through it in :)

thanks

get some 5/16" Ts' and T off the pcv valve and the charcoal emisions filter. those are the 2 bigger vacuume hoses on the intake manifold. you need to T those 2 hoses to the pcv/charcoal emissions filter hoses. you see that thick to the left of the fpr? that's the pcv hose. T off of that, it's a huge vac/boost source-T the BOV/Boost gauge/and those 2 hoses you're holding to that. as for the wastegate T it off the thick hose on the top of the manifold where you already have a T. don't T anything off the FPR cause it will affect the fuel pressure. disconnect the pcv valve and empty it out so you can add a catch can and use the pcv port just for Ting off of. here's a catch can i made for my car and how to route a catch can pcv system for a turbo car.
This is a DIY oil catch can with a sight tube.

I made this catch can with a 7 inch long 2" id pvc tube.
It cost $1.30 at home depot, they sell it by the foot if you don't wanna buy the 10ft tube they'll cut it for you.
The top and bottom are caps for 2" pvc tube .88 each.
the fittings are the small vacuume fittings for the oil viewer but i had some and didn't feel like buying 90 degree vacuume fittings so i just cut 2 Ts' and plugged the hole with jb weld.
As you can see I drilled a hole at the bottom of the container after I glued the bottom cap to the longer tube with some jb weld, not a whole lot, just a light film around the inside of the cap, not the tube.
Then I measured how much of the clear plastic drinking water tube I needed after I installed and glued the 2 90 deg. fittings. Put glue in the holes you drilled in the pvc tube for the fittings so there's something in there to seal it, and glue around the outside hole too.
For the top I just drilled one hole 3/8" and trimmed it some so the 3/8" to 1/4" T would fit. jb weld that in there too for a good seal.
oh, all I paid for this was .88 x 2 for the caps and 1.30 for the pvc tube. and you can never have too much jb weld so I bought some of that too $3.99 I think it was? :-\ plus the fittings that I already had, along with the hoses that I had.

Re:turbo 90% installed, few questions..

Thanks for the lengthy reply :)

I have my bov T'd to my brake booster and my wastegate to the T in the second picture (I tihnk thats where your saying to put it anyhow). I had a homemade catch can but i used crappy hose and it pinched shut and caused my plastic pos can to explode lol. I'll make a better one this weekend. As for the 2 hoses, I tihk I'm just going to remove them completely... Lastly, will the tiny T for a boost gauge effect fuel pressure that much? If it will I'll T it from the pcv tube like you said.. Thanks again

Dan
