Which turbo?
I have a mitsu TD04 (off the auto dsm's) right now on a f22a1 but its a little small and spools up to fast, Im only boosting 7 pounds and dont plan on going more. Anyways, should I upgrade to the TD05 or the Garrett T25 off the newer eclipses. Let me know what you think, since both can fit on the 2nd gen dsm manifolds.
(ps I cant afford a 16g, the ones on evos I guess. to expensive in my case.) |

dont get a t25 its still to small. if you can get a t3 .60 .63. a super60. i had one on my ls engine and it hit full boost about 4200 rpm. on your engine it will spool up quicker.

If it doesnt fit the dsm manifold then im not interested cause Im not lookin to get a new/diff one. Im poor

And the 16G bolts right the ---- in place, so you don't have to redo charge piping and downpipe. You really save a grip of time.

Well ---- Ill think about it cause I can get a TD05 for like 30 bucks. The 16g sounds good though. Maybe if I get enough money for christmas, im always broke. College...livin the life

well you gotta think about what you really want. 16g or a t25 or t28 that puts out no power on that 2.2L. good luck

The cheapest 16g ive found is around 350 and thats for ssautoshit. ebay. IDK, I might try the td05 if its in good shape and get it tuned then consider the 16g.
