I wonder if that hot side charge pipe would have been easier to do if you mounted the turbo the other way around, then clocked the compressor pointing forward. At least those cast manifolds are designed so you can mount the turbo facing the pass side.

Solid project. How's the spool on that IHI? I wanted to use one initially but the one I got was shot.
