Default Tuning stages

hi folks.
once the car is hooked up with a turbo kit, how do you guys tune it to get an even air/fuel mixture?
What do you guys use to tune it? My car doesnt offer much after market support thus Im having a hard time decing what to do. I dont want to go too lean or too rich.
Also can we use this to tune it? I found this tool online. how accurate is this thing?
Thanks.

You seem to have a long way till you know enough to tune your car yourself. But you can start by telling us what car/engine/etc. you have so we can tell you what options you have.

btw, you can prolly use a cheaper a/f meter like the Innovative LC-1. ~$200
