Default Tuning an OBD2 ?

Ok so I am kinda new to this turboing thing, but I know the basics. My question is once I get my custom turbo set-up on my 2000 Civic I will need to get it tuned. But, I have heard that you can't tune OBD2 cars ecu's. Does this mean that I have to find an OBD 1 ecu out of some 1992-1995 Civic?

you would be to ordered a p28 chipped to Xenocron or TMTUNING more cheap and i'm sure you would not have no problem!

Would running the P28 VTEC ecu change anything on the car or make it run bad? The only thing I would like to have changed is my speed limiter, it is 120mph on my 2000 civic.

You should be fine, if you're planning on running a turbo you can always install the ECU right before you get your tune. That should take care of your governor problem as well. Just pick up the ECU and try pluggin it in... they are pretty cheap and only take a min or two to swap in so you can always switch back to your stock ecu if something isn't working out.

I think I will need some type of obd2-obd1 harness though. Where is a good place to get one of those, other than ebay.
