Default tuboing a b18b

I want to turbo my integra witha a t3/t4 57 trim garett. I want my car to spool fast but not so fast that i wont get any traction. I am open to getting a different size turbo but right now im not looking to drop a buch of money into a setup. A couple people have told me to get a vtec head instead of getting forged internals for my car, is there really a big difference whether i get a vtec head or build my internals? What should i look for when getting a intercooler and internals, such as pistons rods and everything. I want to get my car into the 300's. Money is not a huge deal but i want to keep it around 3.5k for right now

that turbo will work good, and dont listen to your stupid friends, your money is much better spent on forged internals than a vtec head, sure a vtec head will give you a little extra power, but then you have weak *** stock internals, and you can make up for the power you would have gained with a vtec head by running more boost safely because you have forged internals, when you go to buy internals just simply make sure your buying forged parts, try to put most of your focus on managment as it is the key to a reliable set up and making the most power possible, everything else is just parts you put on, but managment is complex and requires research and time spent so that its done right....

dont listen to your friends, with internals you can be at 300 safely and at least you would know its reliable. 300hp is 300hp doesnt matter if its on a ls or a b16, the ls will make more tourqe than the b16 so your better off with the b18b. work on you suspension and traction cuz whats the use for all that power if you cant use it.

Yeah that is what i thought to, yeah sure a vtec head will give me a 1000 more rpms but with forged internals i could always turn up the rev limit. What kind of hp would i be looking at with a t3/t4 57 trim, External 38mm wastegate, 24*8*3 intercooler, 550 cc injectors, eagle rods, crower springs and retainers, bov, 3in dp, 3in exhaust, and low comp srp pistons? haha, all i need is a rough estimate because those are my plans.

you want to be in the 300 range right? that setup can getcu into the 300 but its all in tuning.
