TT exhaust setup ?'s

Now I was talking this over with Joe(d16y8-z6) about what to go with. I'm thinking of dual 2.25 exhaust straight out with no angle right under the tank with twin canisters right out the middle. One exhaust for each turbo. Or... go with just a single 3" and just merge the two downpipes into one? I'd imagine that the first would be better then just a single 3" exhaust. Now someone would say then why not just go with 4" but that get kinda pricey for tubing. The two turbo's being used are DSM T25's and just dumping the wastegate directly out through dumptubes instead of routing them back into the exhaust. Any suggestions? The way my build up is going I'm not gonna have this done before winter so I'll just take my time.

single 2.5 inch isnt even restrictive at 300whp, I think a single 3inch would be more than enough and simpler to route ;)

It's just gonna go straight back and under the tank and out the middle of the car if I go with two pipes. Wouldn't be difficult at all for fabbing up and welding. I can handle all the welding and cutting myself. Just curious on what would be the best?

i thought of 2 thinks henry, first, make a manifold, this is kinda weird, but make it so both turbos exhaust sides face twards eachother, then make the dps come off of them and into a collector of a sort, like 2 2.25 pipes into 3". so then it would be easy to make a dp go under the oil pan, or

make it like jeffs tt project but like 6-8+down do a collector into 3" like right before the 90 to go under the oil pan, idk these are just my ideas, i would like to do tt, but im lasy and a bad shipper... :P :-[

I'm just waiting on BMC to ship me my flanges that I ordered and my elbows to come. For all those building manifolds. I found a place on ebay that sells stainless elbows and t's cheaper then McMaster-Carr by a couple of dollars apiece!

Check out "sellingstainless" on ebay. It cost me 12.75 for my stainless 1.5" t's from McMaster-Carr and there 8.80 from them. I didn't know they sold T's until I emailed and asked him after I ordered them from McMaster already. ::) My elbows(1.5" 304L sch10) from them were 4.25.

I would just do dual exhaust, with some glasspack mufflers and dumps. Rock it old school yo'
