Default Trying to put together the absolute cheapest kit for a D15

I'd like to put together a dirt cheap kit for my beater, a '93 Civic D15, to make it a little more enjoyable to drive.

I was thinking a DSM T25 would be the best turbo to use, mainly because I'm hoping it's small enough to not blow up the engine (D15B7), and also because they are very common.
If you guys know of another turbo that I should look into, please let me know, and remember, the cheaper the better
Also I have to be very concerned about keeping it small because of the engine being fragile and old, so nothing too big

As far as a manifold, I've been looking into the HF ones and also looking around at used log D-series manifolds.
Either way, I should be able to find one for very cheap... I hope.
Also, can someone explain to me how the HF manifold works & what I should look for in one?
I figure I could find something on the classifieds on here I could use.

I'm really not sure if I should even bother with an intercooler.
Any thoughts on this?

For EM I was thinking my best bet would be to try to find a used Vortech FMU.
Is there anything I should watch out for when looking for a used one?

I'm hoping to get away with using my stock injectors and stock fuel pump.

Charge pipes I guess I would save the most money by trying to find a used set...
Although it probably wouldn't be hard to piece some together, I might as well save myself the hassle and just get a used set-up.
Thoughts?

BOV could be a 1g DSM.
Common enough, cheap enough.
Probably could get a local guy to weld me on the flange on the pipe for free or for a few bucks.

I guess this leaves me with oil lines, which is the area I'm most in the dark on.
To save money, is it a wise choice to look into getting some used oil lines.
How universal are these?
Are there certain ones I would need with a DSM T25?
Also, diagrams are welcome, becasue I'm unclear about how and where I need to run them.

Thanks, much appreciated.

it's all here man, read the turbo projects....i read them a couple years ago many times, back when i was in high school. Inspired me to get my dad's help with pipe work and make my own setup with the cx manifold and a t25 a year later, what can i say, homemadeturbo.com made a high school punk into a d15b2 turbo thug, sniffles....

cool im about to do this with my 93 del sol d15b7 i think just for ***** and giggles since i have a gsr swap awaiting shift linkage then its ready

if i go through with it heres what id be using

garrett gt17 (bc i have one already,and its about like a t25)
1g dsm smic(already have)
hf mani already flanged,or cheap log mani
stealthmode oil lines($80)
1g dsm bov
custom charge piping
cheap boost guage
manual boost controller

injectors(dsm 450s i guess if i absolutly cannot keep the stock ones),fuel pump, and engine management im still unsure of which would be the cheapest way to go and how itd work.... :s also not sure on how much boost is safe to run,im thinking 7-8psi?oh,and the dp.....

Have you ever popped the hood on a car.

God to Napa, find some fitting and either use Brake line, Transmision Cooler Line or Hydrualic Lines. Not that hard!
