Default trying to id a TD04R turbo

hi everyone. picked up a bmw 318is M41 (1.8L dohc 4cyl) a couple of months ago that has a partially completed turbo retrofit on it. I am trying to identify the mitsubishi turbo that the car came with.

as you can see from the attached pics it has a TD04R marking on the intake side casting. can anyone help me fully identify the turbo? i need to order a rebuild kit as it's clearly leaking oil into the exhaust and intake sides via the turbo.

appreciate the help
