if you dont weld go find someoen that can make you a manifold and downpipe or that sells them. and then get everything else. theres plenty of help already here. go look at the sticky's in forced induction

I believe the name of the turbo the 3sgte uses is the ct26. Try that if you don't get anything on a 3s search. (which you should) Also, I don't know how in depth you are wanting to go, but they do make AWD celica's And don't quote me on this it's just off the top of the dome, but I think they made it that year to. I don't know the engine code and I don't want to seach either :P

It's basically the same thing as turbocharging any other car.

If you want to do it on the cheap, get a custom log manifold, any type of turbo/dp... blah blah, typical ----.

Engine management can be done a few ways. The "it works, but not the best" way is to throw in 310 supra injectors, 2 bar map sensor and retard your ignition timing at the dizzy by 1-2 degrees. People have run 2+ years with that. I'd get a SAFC or SMT6 or something and some 450's/resistor box.
