Default toyota 1g-gte pistons in d-series

I search already!did anybody actually do this mod?from what i c theres only one person who has done it & i've never seen a pic or heard about someone elses progress all i hear iz is talk and plans my question is..............

who hear has done the mod and it is presently wrking? and i want 2 hear how much psi u runnin daily

There factory forged pistons. The only reason why you don't see it much is because it's a jdm engine that never came here and not much of a popular engine when you have the better supra engines to choose from instead. Not something you can go down to your local toyota dealership and get. Unless you know someone in Japan or that general aread(Malayasia, Singapore, Tiawan..) it's gonna be kinda hard to get them. Everyonce and a while a set pops up on ebay. If you could get two other people to go in with you it wouldn't be bad since you get a set of 6 so buy another set and then you have another 2 sets. I know a guy on HT who's in in Singapore I believe has easy access to them and sell them with new rings and ----. Just do a search for the 1g-gte pistons on HT and you should find him. His name is panda..something Heard you can run crazy amounts on boost on them since there quite beefy. Good luck
