tokyo speed pros sucks. where should i put my oil drain?

i took my car to a local performance shop they specialize in honda.. and i asked the guy how much for a downpipe and he said $85 and $40 at the most for a dump tube. i went home to go get some flanges for him cuz he said he might not have them. he also said it would take about 2 1/2 hours to make a catback from the turbo to the back for $285. it took there shop 5 days of ok you can come pick it up the next day 4 times... im sick of their bs then when i went to pick it up yesterday they didnt even make my downpipe go to the catylitic converter as i asked. just straight down... i also had the battery and spark plugs disconnected so they cant start my car cuz of no oil i was about to do my oil lines. the douche bags drove my car around with no oil.hopefully it didnt ---- anything up.
anyways is it ok to put the oil drain hole on the top left side looking at the car from the front where the exhaust goes under the oil pan or is this to high up. cuz all of the pics i have seen go on the right side of the oil pan. Thank you.

there is no "too high up" in oil returns. it needs to be below the turbo and above the oil level in the pan. anywhere in between.

---- no im not taking my car back there they are stupid as ---- scammers. and would it be ok to drive about 15miles in stop and go traffic to a different muffler shop to get the rest done. the only problem will be no oxygen sensors in the exhaust. I will be using my stock obd2 ecu to get there.

The engin had oil in it at one time, so it might be ok, but it probably fucked something. THe turbo probably had no oil, I wouldn,'t expect it to last long.
