Default timing specs on a b16a1

Hey boyz, what should I set my timing to on a b16a1 in a 91 si, obd0 and is there a timing conector that needs to be grounded or unpluged to set base timing? thanks

Time it to 15* at idle when fully warmed. Yes, you are supposed to jump the service connector when timing it, but if its fully warmed its fine w/o it. (Atleast in my exp.)
