thoughts on turbo setup

need some input on this here turbo setup.

d16z6
krb log mani
krb 3" dp
tial 38mm wg
dsm 450's
hondata
zex 59300 cam
arp headstuds

now input on this turbo, too big? t3/t4 .50/.63

looking to make about 220whp, but i'm afraid the turbo is gonna be crazy laggy

a t3 like a 48/60 would get you 220 whp no problem.. a used one can be had for pretty cheap. and if you want to add a few more pounds of boost, she'll still make the power ;)

spooling on a 48/60 would be pretty quick for a d16?
