I was wondering what type/kind of air filter most of you guys are using for your 14b turbos? I looked everywhere for a rice filter to use on my setup that was small enough. This was my final choice. Now I really need to redo my charge pipes and hate that filter being there. Any ideas of anythingelse I could do?

Old pic. But the piping/filter is still the same. Sadly. But not for long.

I heard the mushroom filters let a lot of stuff in, maybe I'm mistaken.

Edit: not to mention that's $100 for a filter.

hrm.. I've looked into those before. $100 for a filter, and they dont make it in a small enough size for the 14b I dont beleive. Sucks.

The best way to get a filter on the 14b I found was I had one of those ricey covered air filters from autozone, then took the shield off and itworks perfectly cause the filter is shorter and angled sharper
good luck
