thermostat?

i think i need to be replacing the thermostat on my little ZC soon (hopefully tomorrow) so after looking at them i see there are different temp ranges. Now i would like for my car to heat up normally fast, but i plan to install my turbo within the next 3 months. So i would like to have a thermostat that will work good now and later. What temp should i get?

thanks to everyone in advance.

Also on a side note, the reason i think i need a thermostat is that the car takes about 20-30 minutes of moderate driving to reach normal temperature. BU'T my heater isn't working and being as that it started snowing last night and i have no heater, i'm gonna have a long drive to work tomorrow morning. I did check the Buttlerfly valve and i felt the heater hoses, and they are warm but not hot. So i'm thinking thats the problem. if its not then by all means someone correct me!

Re: thermostat?

Use the stock temp. (195)...if your cooling system is working properly, it should warm up to 195 and there it should stay. I think that I safe saying that just about everone here is using a stock temp thermostat with no problem. ----, I even have my turbo water cooled and I have NEVER seen my gauge move above where it sat before I touched anything...even with a motor swap. (Using the CX,1 row, raditor)

ok cool thanks. Do you think thats the reason my heater isn't working? simply because the car isn't getting warm?

I have a Jackson Racing 160deg. You wont need it. Stick with stock.
