because there is alot of diff turbo mani's out there, is there a diff in HP rates
example same motor and turbo w/log,w/ram,w/top mount and which is more
efficiant

This is yet another question that cannot be covered by a blanket statement. Your goals and the components you're going to use have a huge bearing on what the answer to this question is.

I don't have numbers to ack up infor but yea a better flowing manifold will be better, Logs work easy to make but have a crappy design, flow is reduced but may cause a slower(yea slower i think) spool, where a short tubular will has a little better design flows better and should spool a little quicker, a Equal length is going to be even better flowing and also may spool even quicker, not sure on that but yes they all have there own pros and cons, same with the size of the piping/tubing it is made out of, sall ID can spool quicker but may choke off at hgiher rpms and a larger ID will spool slower but allow better flow at hight rpms

I'm kinda new to this turbo stuff but it seems to me that an equal length/tubular manifold would offer better out of boost drivability.
