Thanks to this forum! HMT setup done!

Hey guys, just finished my turbo setup a few weeks ago, been super busy, but heres a little pic page I made up:

http://www.mines.edu/students/p/pkruse/finalturbo/

most of the inspiration i got from this project was from here and turboD16. Jeff, I'm sure you hear this a lot but I owe you a lot of this, getting me inspired a year ago about how sweet this whole business is.

thanks everyone! i'm LOVING the boost and my car hauls at only 6 psi.

Let me know if you have any questions, hopefully most of the pics are self explanatory.

its a 2.25 inch exhaust, no cat. It'll do me for now. It is aftermarket ;)

yes, i gotta put my interior stuff back in. YOu may think its ghetto, but it seriously works like a well oiled machine. Well, IT IS a well oiled machine. I will be making a new full 3 inch DP soon, but for now I have no plans to change my charge pipes. They seriously seal like a mofo, almost no pressure loss whatsoever.

---- yeah, I like it. You'd never expect to get smoked by a Civic with a couple bikes strapped to the roof. ;)

Does the hood not close or is it just popped in the picture? What are you using for fuel management? Uberdata? I see an OBD conversion....but your timing apears to be highly "modified", suggesting an AFC hack type thing. ???

THe hood is popped, too lazy to close it for the pictures. I am using uberdata, obd2a-obd1 conversion harness. Why do you say my timing appears to be highly modified?

Maybe it's just my eyes or my screen, but it looks like it's off?

hmmm, i think it may be a few degrees mechanically advanced... but i dont have an inductive timing light so never tested it for sure. ???

dont worry though, its about 9 degrees electronically retarded ;D via uberdata

haha, you guys wanna hear a funny story. Some ricer on the freeway last night wanted to mess with me, at first i thought it was a WRX STi cause it was black with an sti wing, but i figured out it was a cavalier with an STi wing ::)

We did a few rolling pulls, and i beat him in 3rd, 4th, and even 5th gear. tehehehe.
