Testing Internal Waste Gate - DSM T25 - PSI?

Hey Guys,
I am just about to start my HMT installation, but I want to test the Waste gate on my DSM T25 from a 98 Talon TSI. I just want know what its set at. I have heard 8, 10 and 12 but I'm not sure which is true. So could I connect an air source to #5 in the pic and measure how many psi ( on a guage) it takes on open the wastegate?

As well you see #4? Its a friggin screw. Like a wood screw or something. Any ideas what the hell thats doing there?

Yes, you can take a 0-30 psi guage and hook in between the air source and the wg actuator to determine what PSI it opens at. Just take an air regulator and swap out the 200 psi gauge on it for a 0-30 or 0-60 (anything with increments of 1) and put it inline.
