i got a te04h for free it need to be rebuilt i just want something to play with dont want to spend a whole lot so keep or trash it

 

its not the greatest turbo. id sell it on ebay as mint condition and pickup a different unit. preferably a t3

 

i agree, the te04h is not worth the money it costs to rebuild them.
im running one on my zc, the spool is ok, but it chokes out at only 14psi and looses efficiency after 10psi.
whats wrong with that you ask? the teo4h is so small, 5psi of boost on it is equal to like 2psi on a super 60 or a hybrid turbo.

 

what about first gen eclipes turbo
