Re: tdo4 question
I have found that if you put the lock tight on and leave it for a few days then drive the car it will hold for a few months but then it will just burn off.

Re: tdo4 question
A last resort can be drilling the bolt heads and safety wiring them if you can't figure anything else out.

Re: tdo4 question
It could be that your thread is a little bigger than your bolts. Redrill, tap, get bigger bolts.

nuts
I'm using locking exhaust nuts. Parts stores carry them in the Help! or Dorman section. It's a stud and nut kit, gold in color, says it's for import or Toyota.

What they are is a nut that has a slight taper to them. They start a the thread spec, then taper to a tighter diameter, so the "lock" on to the stud/bolt. |
Re: tdo4 question
use two nuts and lock them on themselves by holding the first one still and tightening the second. gr8 hardware.
