Default TD04 on Integra

Ok...i have a 95' Acura Integra LS. I also have a td04 manifold and turbo. I am custom fabricating the manifold so it will fit my head. I need help on how to do this. I need to know what i need.
I know I need...
Intercooler
Custom piping
MAP sensor
Hondata
SAFC (or VAFC when I do the LS/VTEC conv.)Controller
Bigger Fuel Injectors
Bigger Fuel pump
Oil line to the turbo
Oil cooler?
Aluminum Radiator?

And I know i need to custom fit an intake and a downpipe...what else do i need!?!?!? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

You don't need a VAFC od SAFC...you already going to use Hondata...it control's vtec etc...
Maybe he means a 3 bar map sensor...
A TD04 is a smallanother radiator isn't needed with, nor is a oil cooler, but it would be a good upgrade if you are going to run a bigger turbo in the future.
I would personally go with a T3/T4E 57 trim on the stock LS and a T3/T4E 60 trim on the LS/VTEC

sweet thanks....but is that all i need? I also need to get a custom downpipe...anyone know where i can get one of those? So if i hook all of that stuff up, I will be in business? How do you tune an internal wastgate? I also heard that the B18B(LS) block can handle up to 12psi on stock internals...is this ture? Also what psi can the TD04 put out? I want to do around 8psi-10psi. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR INFO!

yes it can handle 12 psi if you tune it well...it can even take more.
Make sure you get a Hondata S200B ... I think that's the one...
10 psi would be fine.

ApexI AVCR Boost Controller
SAFC Controller
VAFC Controller
Hondata S200B

I am going to be doing an LS/VTEC conversion later but what is the difference between all of those controllers? thanks for your replies!

hondata S200B hands down no contest. and the boost controller doesn't really pertain to the rest. yes they look cool and come in handy, but a manual boost controller gets the job done for a tenth of the cost as the apexi one.
