the TD04HL-15G will yield the most power (I actually have one infront of me), and it will still spool fairly quick, are you sticking with a specific turbo flange or does that not matter? I know of many good turbo's. I will definitely say for what your wanting the 15G would be a good choice, and they come in many forms... You can pick one up very easy at the junkyard off a volvo, but i would recommend having it rebuilt or at least inspected. make sure if you go TD04 to go TDO4HL they flow tremendously better. td04 has been known to choke larger engines at higher rpms and cause boost to fade away.

Most turbos you find that aren't mounted to a eclipse talon or laser is what is called either a T3 or a T4 flanged turbo. The 15g is more towards a T3 flange and the t25 can either come in a T3 or a t25 flange also known as DSM flange!

If you already have a T3 flanged manifold you may as well just go with a T3 turbo.

Like blackmount said the 15g is a beast of a turbo for it's size. Being that it is in between the size of a 14b and a 16g. From what blackmount has found out about it too is these turbos can be converted to a 25g as well with a bit of work of course. It's all in what numbers you wanna hit and how much you wanna spend!

it depends on where you get your turbo. They have the 3 bolt mitsu flange, T3 flange, and can be converted to DSM flange as well but does not come like this from factory..

Most 15g's are T3 tho. 3 bolt flange is rare on factory turbos. usually only seen on high hp Twin turbo 3000GT's

soo i can take a T3/T4 manifold and buy a dsm flange adapter right? but most 99% T3/T4 manifold have a external wastegate and the TD04HL 15G have a internal wastegate...what i do? just put another wastegate with a higer spring? like idk 10psi and the internal wastegate have a 7psi? i said taht but i REALLY dont know if is good or bad :P

Yes you can use a dsm flange adapter. As far as the wastegates go you can buy an internal gate manifold and you can run internal wastegate. Just get a wastegate uk will suit you for how much boost stock you wanna run! from their its all about boost control
