has anyone ever used this turbo or know if you can nate a different housing to it. the cold side is .48 and the hot side is .89.
i want it to spool alot faster than what it will spool. any suggestions on using a different exhaust housing will work

 

So the Garrett TB2518 seems to be a T25 with larger turbine housing and comes from an Isuzu NPR diesel truck. What motor did you plan on using this on?

Is it the same as this:

 

You'd have to change the wheel, and the housing on the exhaust side. Being you just can't toss a smaller size exhaust housing on it being the size of the wheel mostlikely.

 

i want to do a twin turbo setup on a b16 but the exhaust housing ***** it all up its so ------ big, and no mine is from a izusu npr truck but it is the newest model made by garrett not airesearchthe turbo is freshly rebuilt but all i want to do is know if by any chance i can use a different exhaust housing thanks alot

 

89 sunbird turbos come with a garrett tb25, the exhaust housing is identical to a sr20 t25g, except the t25g has a way different compressor side.

im kinda new to this my dad has a twin turbo 61 catalina, but i dont like v8's all that much, so the exhaust housings for asr20 will fit that turbo?

 

o2 housing from an sr20 t25g will fit a pontiac sunbird garrett tb25 o2 housing yes.
