Does anyone know where I can find T4 turbos at the junk yard? T3s are easy but which vehicles did they put the T4 on? Thanks for any help!

 

Big diesel trucks. I dont know of any auto manufacturer that ever used a T4. Look in your area for truck recyclers, they usually have what you are looking for, but they know what its worth.

 

why would u want a t4

 

My buddy has a Z28 with twin T3 turbos. The motor is just a 305 right now but it is coming out this weekend and is being replaced with a 383 stroker. We figure a couple of T4 turbos would be better for this new motor.

get like 1 gt30 with 1.2 a/r or a t88

 

If you are going to suggest a different turbo perhaps you could let me know where to find them. By the way, what is wrong with a T4? I can always use the compressor side with the T3 turbines if I could just find a T4 in the first place!

i have a t4 turbo ahhh yeah i was just going to see how long a 86 honda would last with it but ill sell it too

 

it would last a long time. cause the motor wouldnt spool it.

 

There's a guy in my town with a mustang 5.0 and he uses one t-4 from a semi on his car.
