T4 experts- identify this compressor wheel
 

The unidentified wheel is from a older used turbonetics t3/t4. Turbine ate something and the compressor wheel hit the housing and removed a small amount of metal from the blades. So it now measures 2.13" at the inducer. The rest of the blade is untouched, but this is where it gets confusing. The backside diameter measures 3.19" - and I can't find anything that big for t4 compressor wheel listed anywhere. That said, the very end of the blades do continue to shorten, so it may very well work in regular trim housing. I have a 57 trim housing and it drops right in with excessive tolerance over its original housing, so I think that discounts it being a 57 trim. The biggest difference between this and the trashed 57 trim wheel I have is the axial height (base to top) of the blades from the back to the front. The 57 trim is far shorter at .966" vs. the unidentified wheel at 1.121". :S

I've found the 54 trim at 2.17 and 2.95, but that doesn't explain the extra large base/back. Figured somebody might have some prior experience with this. ???

nice, are you sure that is an actual garrett/turbonetics turbo? If it is, pics are needed

Wheel on the right is the one I want to identify- the one on the left is supposedly a 57 trim. The wheel on the right has T stamped it, which I've seen on other Turbonetics wheels, but that doesn't really mean ---- does it?

I measured an eBay "57 trim" and it turned out to be a 43 trim. Just measure it to see what it is exactly.

being that it is turbonetics, it might be similar to something but a little bit skewed

I was using this chart because Garrett doesn't have the old T series info available - or not where I can find it. If I ignore the massive diameter on the back/bottom and just go by the inducer size, then it has to be a 54 or 57 trim. Now consider that the 57 trim wheel won't fit in the "turbonetics" housing - and it would have to be a 54 trim. That assumes it's not a custom job and the chinacharger wheel is actually a 57 based on it's measurements.
