T3 troubles, rotating compressor side
I went to rotate the compressor side to the outlet would be facing the other way, and when i did the compressos lined up perfectly with the holes, but the WG plate didnt. Every whichway I do it, it only lines up in the origional placement. Am I doing something wrong? Or should I just say ---- it, and go ext wg?

Re: T3 troubles, rotating compressor side
Consider tapping 2 new holes in the compressor housing to mount the WG bracket. Thats what I'm gonna have to do with mine.

Re: T3 troubles, rotating compressor side
personally id take the easy root and go external - but im lazy ;D

Re: T3 troubles, rotating compressor side
you can either make a new bracket for the wastegate or go external, I'd sy just go external, I think you have more flexablity with your setup

Re: T3 troubles, rotating compressor side
Mine was the same way... I had to make new brackets and just used different holes.
I had to cut down the wastegate arm a bunch too. :P |
Re: T3 troubles, rotating compressor side

Re: T3 troubles, rotating compressor side
use your imagination, cut off the old one and make a new one out of some scrap metal, or just re-drill it, bend it , whatever it takes
