Default T3/T70 need advice ASAP

Im trying to upgrade from my t3/t4 .63 .50ar 57T. I found a T3 T70 .83.70ar going for real cheap. I figure this would be an ok uprade till I get my GT35.. What you guys think? bad or good?

As long as it's not the xs-power one or some other chinese knock-off. J.Davis can tell you the average life expectancy on one of those. I had one that lasted maybe 6 weeks.

no, but how would this turbo go with a 8.8:1 GSR? decent spool time? will it surrport over 500whp easy?

Um you have about 8000 dollars worth of stuff to worry about first to actually put 500 whp to the ground.

My setup will handle it just fine. That not what Im worried about. You really think I would try this on a stock gsr motor or something? lol

It's going to spool late, expect 5000-6000 rpms for the first psi. Trav-***' T67/P-trim with .58 AR turbine spooled at 4500-4800 on a 2 liter block.

A .57 trim T04E compressor will support 500 whp, dump some 110 in it and crank the boost **** like a man. I've hit 393 on a Mustang (think 450 Dynojet) at 24 psi on one of those turbos, and the car was misfiring @ the 380-390 whp level due to ignition issues from 7200-9500 rpms. It will make 500 whp on a Mustang.

GT35R is garbage, **** on them. You have zero problems getting spool and making power off of journal bearing turbos that cost half as much and last three to four times as long.
